I'm a small freelance paleo-artist who sometimes dabbles in mammals and such! I adore drawing nature and animals, whether it be extinct or living or non-existent. Making my customer's ideas and my own come to life is what I live for!I am relatively reserved and occupied with my main job, so I apreciate all the patience and love from everyone!
Ordering a Commission
Commissions are offered through slot openings, making a request does not guarantee a spot. All requests are required to submit through a google form and I will contact you dependent on what you have submitted within the form. The process of a commission is standard and straightforward;Request > Contact > Agreement > Payment > Creation of request > DeliveryUpon initial contact for the commission, and after payment unless requested beforehand I will provide my Trello, you as a customer will be able to view my whole que and status of your order. If you have any questions please don't be afraid to contact me!

Subjects of what I can and can't draw are subject to change as I learn, please contact me for any questions you may have for anything within this list or outside of it.

Boxed
A full view of your character in a boxed in pose. Pose will be dependent on what can fit within the box comfortably, and their personality.roughly 1500 x 1500 pixelsIncludes a clear background and simple background.
Symmetrical Icon
A shaded headshot of your oc, it is the same straight forward look.Includes a clear background and simple background.
Sketchy Icon
A shaded head shot of your character with a simple background included.roughly 2000 x 2000 pixels
Fullbody
A cell shaded full view of your character.Includes a clear background and a colored background version.
Reference Sheet
Reference sheets are completely customizable, whatever you'd like shown please inform me upon ordering. Base price ($120) includes the fullbody and headshot and basic information, anything additional such as but may not be limited to, accessories, extra points of views of the character, small changes to the character's design, alt palette, etc. will affect the price.typically a name, gender, and a small bio is included if wanted.backgrounds are made to match the character's aesthetic.
Custom Design
My custom designs are limited to one flat fullbody, and a headshot. No information about the character is showcased.Includes a simple background with a color palette.
General
I reserve my right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, it is a customers responsibility to view and adhere to changed terms accordingly.

do not repost my artwork without proper credit
customers are never allowed to alter my artwork in any shape or form
do not use my artwork and designs for commercial use unless agreed upon prior to the commission. including reproduction or resale of any artwork
I reserve the right to publicly display and share any artwork I create

designs
i must be able to see my designs on toyhouse, if you must hide them i need to be authorized to view them
small changes/species to my designs are okay, but please let it remain recognizable
i must remain properly credited on toyhouse, furthermore designs may not be sold off of toyhouse.
any user within my blacklist cannot own/be sold my designs
do not make my designs into species unless discussed with me personally
do not take heavy inspiration, repost, copy, or trace my designs
any design in progress or finished that was refunded or have not been paid for (via cash or oc trade) do not belong to you, i remain the rightful owner of said design and i reserve the right to do what i'd like with it
I’m allowed to use any previous design concepts that were rejected by the customer
By commissioning my services, you acknowledge and accept my Terms of Service.Failure to read or understand these terms does not absolve you of responsibility. Any violation of these terms may result in blacklisting from future commissions and designs
commissioning
i reserve the right to deny or cancel any commission without providing a reason
a non-shaded digital reference sheet must be provided
Please note that significant changes to commissioned work are only permitted during the sketch stage
refrain from rushing me or asking frequently about your commission status, as it may result in a refund. I will reach out to you with any updates I have
to prevent ghosting, i require payment prior to a commission. or alternatively once i send over an approved sketch. you must respond within 3 days from which the sketch has been sent or else the commission will be canceled
refunding
i do not provide requested refunds once it has been sketched
I offer refunds if I had not started/given a sketch of your commission for a period of three months
chargebacks will result in a blacklisting and a beware post.
blacklist
my blacklist is not negotiable, do not message me about your blacklisting or send people after me for it. i reserve my right to blacklist anyone for any reason i see fit.last updated - 5/14/2024
